Meet Yuan Ge

Yuan Ge holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business & Management from Berklee College of Music. While at Berklee, he studied with the likes of Tomo Fujita, Mark White, Joe Stump, George Howard, and Mark Shilansky. Yuan also holds a Master’s degree in Music Industry Leadership from Northeastern University. He is now a PhD candidate in Music Education at the University of Calgary.

Originally from the music business world, Yuan spearheaded marketing efforts at Sony Music for artists such as Christina Aguilera, Nicky Jam, Hikaru Utada, and Kenshi Yonezu. Over the years, he gradually pivoted to become a music educator with a specialization in guitar. He now has over four years of music education experience in both private and public capacities.

In his spare time, Yuan likes to tinker with guitars, cameras, and cars.
