Meet Anna Clifton

Anna Clifton is an NYC-based musician and media post-production specialist whose work spans composition, audio engineering, and creative production. She recently earned her bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music, specializing in Scoring for Media and Music Technology, where she developed a strong foundation as a producer, composer, and multidisciplinary musician.

Anna brings a versatile, collaborative approach to media creation and has contributed to numerous short films and visual projects. Her post-production roles include composer, music supervisor, and audio/video editor, while her on-set experience includes work as an audio recordist, audio mixer, and producer. She is currently working in creative production with RQ Films in New York and composing music for Rodney W. Williams’s upcoming projects, including the First Winds of Autumn series. Her passion for auditory storytelling extends into podcasting, where she has served as audio and video editor for Making It with Terry Wollman and composer for IEEE Spectrum’s Fixing the Future.

Beyond her creative work, Anna is deeply committed to advocacy within the music industry. She serves as a board member of the International Alliance of Women in Music (IAWM) and contributes to the organization through its Advocacy and Public Relations Committee, championing greater visibility and equity for women and nonbinary professionals in music.
